Meet Our Partner, Ramkumar
Ramkumar Dorairaj (aka "Ram") started GrowMar to help US based businesses access top global talent and help lower employee costs. Ram resides in San Francisco Bay Area and has a decade of experience building and managing global teams.
Ram has deep interest in data and analytics enabling business leaders make data driven decisions quickly and confidently. He works with sales, marketing and finance leaders to provide business intelligence, data management, engineering, analytics & reporting services. He currently works with Theravance Biopharma building on top of the next gen enterprise Databricks Lakehouse, and previously consulted with several biopharma companies supporting their commercial & IT teams.

Shanthosh Selvaraj is a software and tech leader and is the CEO of GrowMar. He has extensive experience working with business leaders across Fortune 500 companies to help source and manage large scale tech teams and enable clients build enterprise software, marketing and data solutions.
Shanthosh lives in India, heads GrowMar's tech and talent operations and owns the end to end offshore development center setup and management for our clients. He utilizes his extensive experience in sourcing the right global talent and also setting them up to deliver successful outcomes.
