How It Works
Introduce a business
Submit a quick intro. We work best with local businesses in retail, construction, property management, dentists, agencies, etc., that benefit from remote talent.
We do the heavy lifting
We scope the role(s), source & vet offshore talent, and present finalists. We update you on your referral status.
You get paid
When your referral becomes our client and stays active for 60 days, you receive $1,000 per client. In addition, when the client stays after 24 months, you get $1,000 "stickiness" reward.

Meet Our Partner, Ramkumar
Ramkumar Dorairaj resides in San Francisco Bay Area and has more than a decade of experience building and managing global teams. For over a decade, he has worked at the intersection of Data, Analytics, AI, Automation, and Commercial IT. He currently works with Theravance Biopharma building on top of the next gen enterprise Databricks Lakehouse, and previously consulted with several biopharma companies supporting their commercial & IT teams.

Shanthosh Selvaraj is a software and tech leader and is the CEO of GrowMar. He has extensive experience working with business leaders across Fortune 500 companies to help source and manage large scale tech teams and enable clients build enterprise software, marketing and data solutions. Shanthosh heads GrowMar's tech and talent operations and owns the end to end offshore development center setup and management for our clients. He utilizes his extensive experience in sourcing the right global talent and also setting them up to deliver successful outcomes.

We schedule an initial discovery meeting to go over the details of talent needs, role descriptions, working hours, team culture, salary ranges, etc.,
Talent Sourcing & Hire
Our recruiters source, screen and test candidates to ensure fit with the role. Based on your need, we do direct hires, temps, project contracts or consulting.
Post-Hire
After hire, GrowMar supports with payroll/benefits admin, country specific compliance, Employer Of Record, ongoing HR & Admin support on the ground, etc.,
